Fellas,

I wish that I was writing you about anything but this.... Scott Benning is battling an aggressive and rapidly developing cancer. This past weekend the diagnosis went from bad to bleak.

Mitch Baker and I'll be traveling this weekend to San Jose to see Scott. He's currently at Stanford Medical Center and going thru a chemo treatment. His goal is to leave the hospital Saturday morning to go watch his son's football game. The game starts at 12pm at Andrew Hill High School in San Jose.

I think if anyone could show up to his son's game that would be great. When our backs are against the wall and the situation looks impossible, I know a special group of guys who know how to pull off miracles. Perhaps we can channel that Wolf Pack magic towards Scott Benning.

In addition, miracles do happen and i'd like to invite you to join me in a special prayer/ fast on Scott's behalf this Sunday.

The Power of Prayer... Fasting Outline
1) after dinner Saturday night, say a special fasting prayer (seeking healing and blessings for Scotty)
2) skip two meals, while having a prayer in your heart all day Sunday
4) break fast with a prayer Sunday afternoon
